Job Title: Business Developer/Sales Manager Key Responsibilities are:Client Relations:Build relationships with key employees among clients.Create, project manage and address clients’ business needs and projects.Schedule regular meetings with clients to ensure they are satisfied.Act as point of contact for all clients needs.Manage, develop and ensure both the company and client adheres to contract terms in signing of new projects.Study competition to find new ways to retain customersAssist setting sales and revenue targets and work diligently to meet them.Attend and create various functions (Golf Days etc) to network with new and existing clients. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. Design Team, Accountant, Directors) to address customers’ needsSales and Lead Generation:Develop new business and and identify appropriate key clients within the target market.Uphold excellent customer service to strengthen the KIM H Brand. Generate leads and convert new clients to long term clients. 1) Strategy Contribution, Leadership and Implementation - Contribute and provide inputs to the development of the departmental strategy for the whole School Sport.2) People Management - Manage the effective achievement of objectives through setting individual objectives, managing performance, developing and motivating staff3) Budget and Plans - Prepare business plans and budgets aligning with planned strategies and plans.4) Extra Curricular and Sports Plan and develop Extra Curricular and Sports programs and coordinate planning of all consequent activities in conjunction with senior leadership team. 4) Sports Implementation and management- Work closely with PE teachers supporting them in implementing the necessary standards in order to develop and implement a sustainable program.5) Pastoral Care -Mentor individual students in case they seek guidance and guide them in order to improve performance within and outside of school. 6) Continuous Improvement - Lead professional development for staff and parents7) Policies, Systems, procedures and Processes - Provide imputes to enhance departmental policy and procedures related to respective section of the school.8) Statements and Reports - Supervise the preparation of timely and accurate departmental statements and reports to senior management.
