As the Executive Vice President of Product Development and R1 Sales at Diaz Foods, I oversee multiple divisions that are responsible for launching and incubating new products, as well as growing and managing sales for retail and food service customers. With over twelve years of experience in the food & beverage industry, I have developed a strong expertise in the Hispanic/Latino market, as well as skills in leadership, management, strategy, negotiation, procurement, sourcing, importing, operations, sales, and business development.In addition to my role at Diaz Foods, I am also an author and a board member of three non-profit organizations: HoPe (Hispanic Organization Promoting Education), Ser Familia, and the GHCC (Georgia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce). I am passionate about supporting the education and empowerment of Hispanic/Latino youth and professionals, as well as promoting the diversity and inclusion of Hispanic/Latino culture and businesses in Georgia. I hold a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from Reinhardt University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Managerial Sciences with a Minor in Psychology from Georgia State University. I am fluent in Spanish and English, and proficient in various computer programs. I’m honored to have been awarded one of 2023’s 50 Most Influential Latinos in Georgia and to have been recognized as one of Atlanta’s Rising Stars by Simply Buckhead Magazine in 2023.
