Process Engineering providing process support to the production of Silicon semiconductor products within the diffusion and wet area. Recipe creation and training of operators on new tool sets.Dealing with a variety of processing issues, quality problems and equipment interventions and maintenance; Continuous improvement projects and reacting to SPC out of control events and disposition of product material.

Process support within the Diffusion and Wet etch department, adjusting and creating recipes on various Wet benches and Vertical Furnaces. Reacting to out of control events using SPC systems and disposition of material to ensure continuous movement of production lots throughout the areas.Set up line control area using lean manufacturing tools to help supply Silicon material to the Fabrication area with out any delay.
