As the IT Director at Carl H. Lindner College of Business, my role encompasses the strategic oversight of all IT-related activities. The process now provides students results in days vs weeks. •Secured a $597,000 grant to design state-of-the-art active learning classrooms.•Led the inaugural deployment of the ServiceNow environment at the University of Cincinnati, improving incident resolution and asset management across the board: • Incident Management: Effectively resolve approximately 1,600 support tickets annually. • Asset Management: Track and maintain over 5,300 pieces of technology hardware. • Software Asset Management: Manage over 40 applications and licensing agreements.

Andrew Becker is an Information Technology Analyst for the University of Cincinnati, Carl H. Lindner College Of Business. His responsibilities include supporting and maintaining application servers, license servers, and provide IT support for the colleges’ faculty staff and students.
