- Manage and sustain the holistic and cross-segment (Mars Corporate and Mars Wrigley) SRA multi-year operational strategy, functional roadmaps, top programs, performance metrics, reporting, and strategy & growth initiatives- Deploy SRA strategy, measuring and analyzing data, financial indicators, and effectiveness metrics- Build foundational framework for global programs including roadmaps, key milestones, risk management models, critical success factors, KPI’s and targets.​- Translate business strategies into work plans and provide guidance from development through deployment, including business case creation and data gathering aligned to strategic priorities.- Conduct large-scale budget planning and strategic management for effective annual spending and cost/benefit analysis to support decision-making.- Manage business relationships with cross segment/functional global partners and support development of formal communication plans

- Manage end-to-end engagements, including scoping, project planning, budgeting, supervising team members, presenting on project status and results, and stakeholder management for clients within the Technology, Healthcare, Life Sciences, and Consumer Products industries.- Drive revenue growth with strategic client accounts by cultivating strong relationships with senior client leaders, formulating compelling RFP responses and assisting with sales and contract lifecycle activities.- Create operational recommendations and strategic roadmaps based on process evaluation, data analysis, and industry-leading practices.- Develop strategic growth plans and go-to-market strategies, compile use cases, and perform operating model assessments to expand and transform multiple business arms.- Facilitate new and experienced hire onboarding and milestone trainings, interview prospective candidates, and recommend hiring decisions to leadership.- Orchestrate capability assessment workshops, facilitating the definition and design of business requirements.- Discover and assess automation opportunities, crafting business cases for portfolio funding consideration.- Monitor and analyze financials and sales pipeline for the Regulatory and Legal Services portfolio.- Oversee content creation and assist with facilitation of various labs conducted with senior leaders in the spaces of automation, analytics, digital transformation, finance, risk management, and compliance.- Identify operational risks and procedural gaps while crafting recommendations for process improvement to maximize risk mitigation and overall business unit effectiveness.
