I supervise the front desk assistant team which is around 40 students. I handle their trainings, scheduling and time approval. I manage the keys of the building, specifically when it comes to move in and out. I serve as a residential conduct coordinator handling cases of misconduct within the department. Lastly, I advise our west side community council team. I also serve as the Assistant Coordinator for the Glazer Center for Leadership & Service. In this role I assist in several of our leadership programs such as Aztec Core Retreat, The Launch Into Leadership Scholarship program and serve as a Discussion Leader for the Leadership 205 course. I advise our leadership certificate students. On the service side I assist with several of our programs including our Aztec Unity Projects which works with off-campus partners in the community in several capacities of service. As well as “Glazer Gives Back” which is our on campus way of giving back to the community!
