A strategic role across the Retirement Living portfolio which included oversight and management of the operational functions and a change enabler within Regis Retirement Living across QLD, VIC, TAS & WA. I was responsible for 10 sites within Regis Retirement Living. Portfolio included both DMF and rental product.

Managing the daily Operations, Financials and the well being of staff and residents. Liaising with Construction and Project Manager with regards to any building defects give it was a new build.

In this role I oversaw the operations, facilities and financial management of Stockland Baulkham Hills, a neighbourhood shopping centre.
