For over 7 years, I have been working as a passionate and dedicated Project Manager in healthcare including age care with a mission to contribute to improving the lives of people in our care. However my journey did not start there, nor will it end there, having worked as a project manager in the Banking and Financial Services sector, Information Technology Consulting sector, Education sector amongst others. I am always open to new opportunities and change.People who meet me quickly realise I am a seasoned project manager with a drive for outcomes. But who also likes to do "right" by both stakeholders, my teams and vendors, forming strong relationships with all. I like change that adds business value, I enjoy collaboration, innovation, and strategic thinking. Project Governance is a core strength, supported by having the PRINCE2 Practitioner qualifications, and having adapted it to a number of projects. I have also run Project Management Offices (PMO) using PRINCE2 and P3O as their base.
