• Provide oversight of the firm’s operations, risk management, trading, policy and procedure development, and technology systems• Monitor the firm’s custodial systems and providing training and support to the firm’s IAR’s• Develop and implement systems for the firm’s IAR’s to submit new business in such a manner that provides proper compliance oversight and creates proper documentation, books, and records• Establish and maintain systems and processes for performance reporting to be utilized by IAR’s, clients, and for compliance oversight• Develop, deploy, and maintain systems and processes for calculating and withdrawing management fees from client accounts in accordance with Client Agreement(s)• Promote the growth of the firm by developing and leveraging relationships with potential IAR’s• Work with the firm’s IAR’s to enhance the representative’s relationship with the firm and develop the representative’s book of business

• Responsible for initial preparation and coordinating with IAC executives for the execution and tracking of a business plan for ethical growth of Investment Advisors Corporation• Responsible for providing on-going training to IARs on Representative managed advisory programs, 3rd party managed programs, and financial planning services• Develop and grow advisory programs and services to improve IAC's profitability• Coordinate and assist with firm projects and tasks between compliance, accounting, operations, advisors, and custodians

• Monitor and refine as necessary, IAC's asset class definitions, investment schema, categorization of each security, risk tolerances and the acceptable volatility measures for each investment objective, and index benchmarks used to monitor performance of investment strategies• Provide surveillance through monthly and quarterly reports of IAR managed investment strategies, model portfolios, underlying securities, asset allocations of accounts, account performance based on investment objective, and other reports as needed• Ensure daily reconciliation and on-going improvements are made to the Firm's Portfolio Management and Performance Reporting systems• Manage administration rights and roles with custodians and 3rd party websites and assist with the paperwork required for on-boarding of advisors to do business with custodians and 3rd party programs

• Assist with research, analytics, and presentation of equities and fixed income securities to the investment committee• Responsible to incorporate the Heartwood Investment Process in the analysis, consideration, and defense of investment positions• Build and present security research reports to the investment committee for analysis and consideration• Contribute, recommend, critique and defend buy, sell, or hold positions made in the decision-making process of the Investment Committee• Write security status reports following Investment Committee meetings describing the analysis and final decision made on each security
