The new facility would relocate 35 courtrooms from the existing Gordon D. Schaber Courthouse, and provide space for new judgeships. The site for the project was acquired in October 2014.Managing the MEP construction efforts for the New Sacramento State Courthouse in downtown Sacramento. Managed/Assisted the Electrical/Low Voltage Team to complete Power, Lighting, IT, Security, Mechanical and Plumbing systems. Was an integral part of the commissioning process and turnover to the Judical California Courts, State Sheriffs, and AECOM.

New Los Angeles Federal Courthouse

Managing the Operations and Maintenance Contract with the GSA for the New Los Angeles Federal Courthouse in downtown Los Angeles. Managed/Assisted the warranty close-out items for all Trades. An integral part of the reporting, daily documentation, scheduling, commissioning process and turnover to the GSA, US Courts, and USMS.

Delta Lax 2017 Enabling Project

Managed and provided MEP services, Airport Police/security interface, IT support, and Commissioning. Start-up services in terms of testing and inspections for all MEP systems related to Delta 2017 Enabling Project. The project entailed a myriad of renovations, including Airline Ticketing Offices, Baggage Service Offices, Ramp Operations Areas, Terminal Hold Rooms, and Gate Counters. In addition, built and renovated new Airline Clubs, constructed IT (20) rooms, replaced Flight Display Monitors, and significantly upgraded and expanded Baggage Handling Systems. In total, the scope of work included the completion of 125 unique work areas spread across five terminals: 2,3,5, and 6, as well as TBIT which affected 30 Airlines.

Anaheim Regional Transportation Intermodal Center (Artic) - Anaheim, Ca

Lead the effort in coordinating and managing the MEP trades on the Anaheim Regional Transportation Intermodal Center (ARTIC) construction project. Work with the Project team to ensure successful completion of all MEP trade work. Reviewed Contract Documents, made suggestions/modifications as they relate to the MEP trades. Manage and lead MEP subcontractors throughout duration of the project (Construction through Commissioning and Turnover to Owner). Monitored the installation and start-up of MEP systems and commissioning of project with Inspectors, Engineers & Owner. Communicate progress and prepared appropriate reports at weekly meetings (Owner's and Commissioning).

Irvine - Regional Office

Performing detailed constructability design and specification reviews for numerous (seventeen different) educational facilities (new and modernizations), authored multiple scopes of work packages for different Unified School District Projects preparing to go out to bid to potential Subcontractors.Providing detailed constructability reports for the Unified School Districts.Reviewing and implementing numerous Potential Change Orders for a large Repair and Historical Rehabilitation and New Construction HUD Project.

Banning Elementary School (Bond Take-Over)

Project Manager: Distressed project recovery for two-building school consisting of a classroom building with subterranean parking and multi-purpose building. Managed the MEP installation and completion of an LAUSD Bond Take-over project and performed drawing reviews, daily time and materials tickets, monthly billing reviews, change orders, design corrections, installation verifications/inspections.

California State Parks

Senior Project/Construction Manager: Managed and performed all of the scope of work and contracts for the new construction and renovation of numerous California State Parks in the Southern Service Region. The construction consisted of lifeguard stations, maintenance facilities, visitor centers, campsites and the completion and renovation for ADA compliance.

Sr. Construction Manager: Responsible for the Electrical Construction Management of the Base Park Construction which included the "Grizzly River Raft Ride", "Soaring over California", “Bugs Land Theater”, and “Pacific Wharf / Winery” attractions and Area Development. Provided Construction Management for all base electrical and show/ride installations related to the Golden State and part of Hollywood projects. Project Manager - California State Parks - Managed all Southern California new construction, rehabs, ADA compliance projects.

Universal'S Islands Of Adventure

Electrical Department Manager (Project Core Team): Developed Design Guidelines, performed Construction Document reviews, and developed scheduling/staffing plans for a new 110-acre theme park at the Florida amusement park. Performed design reviews for all seven Islands (approximately 70 facilities) and interfaced with the seven project teams throughout the design and construction phases.Onsite in Orlando successfully managed the Electrical Construction Management Team during the construction/inspection phases of the Project in Florida.
