Performs PC setup and troubleshooting in a heterogeneous network environment. Performs basic administration of Active Directory and use of Microsoft SCCM, installs and maintains a variety of software including Library-specific applications. Troubleshoots PC and network connectivity, and assists in the development of best practices for the Library Systems. Coordinates the establishment and maintenance of a consistent computing environment in the Library.
