About Andrew Essa

I have over 20 years of diverse international legal, consulting & entrepreneurial experience within the global & off-shore Technology, Telecoms & Business Services sectors. I focus on helping large and small organisations across revenue, operations and technology. Specific focus includes corporate & commercial growth strategy, digital strategy and transformation, performance and operational improvement, deals advisory including M&A and IT outsourcing, IT strategy and implementation, operating model design, and new product/service development. I started out as an Australian-qualified barrister focused on IT Law/M&A before various roles with Accenture’s TMT consulting and outsourcing deals team in London, a mobile start-up, & then my own corporate advisory.I write a monthly newsletter called "DISRUPT" focused on how to get smarter with AI, occasionally publish articles on tech/business at andrewessa.com, and in 2020 I authored an eBook called "REIGNITE! From Crisis To Opportunity In A Post-COVID World".
