Guided the UBCO Motorsports club through a rebuilding post pandemic which saw the manufacturing of the clubs MK.III vehicle, club structure change and groundwork laid for an EV vehicle. Led the design and manufacturing of the MK.IV vehicle which featured a full aerodynamics package, decoupled suspension, and cast topology optimized uprights. Improved our teams standings at competition from 76th to 35th overall and 4th in Canada by completing all events at competition for the first time in club history.

Led the conceptual design of an aerodynamics package for the MK.III vehicle. Created CFD tutorial videos using Star CCM+ to allow members to learn how to perform 2D and 3D simulations. Led the manufacturing of a complete body work package entailing the completion of legacy mold designs as well as wet layup of composite parts.

Developed composites manufacturing skills by manufacturing side pods for the MK.III vehicle. Designed and manufacture make molds made of MDF to conduct a wet layup on to produce final part.

Revised drawings and GD&T, updated tolerance stacks and DFMEA's within the Mechanisms group. Supported the rapid design and prototyping of complex mechanisms under tight time constraints for OEMs. Provided on-site technical support to OEMs on behalf of the MES.

Kamloops, British Columbia, Canada

Lead the set up and implementation of post processing procedures of the Arrival project. These included the design and prototyping of drilling jigs for all cable, and insert holes, as well as the creation and implementation of lay-up process manuals for use by new employees to ensure each component is being layed up correctly. Other areas of involvement included creating and implementing quality and tolerance check sheets as well as trouble shooting bladder routing and stresses.

Worked hands on along manufacturing personnel, managers and fellow engineers to design piping systems and routes for multi-stage natural gas compressors. Tasks involved creating 3D models of the compressor or system package in Solidworks, then creating engineering drawings for all parts needing to be manufactured for use by the machine shop and production floor.

- Helped train new employees on how to use specialized software to ensure customers received correct parts. - Aided in the transition moving the warehouse to a new store. This included - Organizing, cleaning and developing counting strategies to ensure stock levels were correct for corporate employees.

In this position I, along with others were in charge of collecting shopping carts for customers, help sort returns for the customer service representative, as well as complete various tasks around the store for the managers.
