Responsibilities included the planning, development, marketing, sales, design, lease, build, finance and operations of the 22 acre Mann Research Center located in the Tradition Center for Innovation at Tradition, Florida. Planned a 410,000 sf of medical, research, retail and office space. Opened a 100% fully leased, 45,000 sf medical office building in December 2013.

Managed the operations of Core Commercial Group, the internal commercial development team of Core Communities. Led a 12 person team (sales, leasing, management, design, planning, construction) Managed all vertical development for commercial projects as master developer of Tradition, a 8,300 acre master planned community in Port St. Lucie, FL. Developed over 1M sq ft of retail, office, amenities, parks, bridges, recreation spaces, etc... Member of the Executive Team involved in strategic corporate planning and skunk work projects. Managed the scheduling, cash flow, budgets, staffing, project quality and company goals to execute yearly business plans.

Managed the project planning and business development plans in the Southeast Florida market, presented company information to community boards and governments, private businesses and clients, maintained customer relations and marketed and promoted company strengths. Project management included bidding, estimating, scheduling, contracting and coordinating multiple projects in the West Palm Beach area. Managed over $45,000,000 in vertical work. Estimated and scheduled several custom homes.

Managed the programming, design and construction of hundreds of K-12 educational facility projects including renovations, remodeling and new construction projects valued at over $300 Million. Negotiated contracts with Architects,Engineers and Contractors, lead selection committees, oversaw the Y2K compliance programs, developed the District's first Construction Manager (CM) at Risk program, developed standards and operations policies, instituted an Owner Direct Purchase Program, worked with local Emergency Operations Officials to coordinate Hurricane Shelters and presented progress reports to the Board twice a month.
