As a new Executive Director (CEO) of the Boys & Girls Clubs movement, I am committed to achieving at the highest level. I have gained proven experience that demonstrates my responsibility and dedication for planning, developing, implementing, and managing a successful career. I have extensive knowledge in the full operations of a nationally known and successful organization. I have management skills in safety & facility management, youth development & outcome measurements, program services & sports leagues, staff development, strategic planning, a thorough knowledge of assessments for setting and obtaining goals, committee & board development, as well as resource development. I understand the demand of youth services and how important these services are in helping youth achieve and maintain success in Academic Success, Good Character & Citizenship, and Healthy Lifestyles. My education with experience has been most rewarding to me. I value diversity and ensure diversity is present within the environment of the Boys & Girls Club. I feel I have been rather fortunate to operate clubs that serve rather diverse populations and it has really allowed me to enjoy life. This is what I do!!!My new goal is to achieve all aspects of financial knowledge and management of the non-profit sector and to continue building lasting relationships that will benefit our youth, their families, our staff, and the community.
