In BCG’s global services division (GSB) myself and a specialized, in-house transformation team of 15 assisted 70+ global hospitality professionals through a comprehensive digital transition. As part of this effort, I helped to create a sustainable and effective single source of truth (SSOT) data architecture through structuring, designing and implementing Tableau dashboards to gain visibility into functional performance from a variety of non-centralized data sources. I used these dashboards to help to track stakeholder engagement and create efficiencies in meetings sourcing, operations, and event experience design for internal customers. I also assisted in ad-hoc reporting for key internal stakeholders, and in creating and maintaining Alteryx workflows that power auditing & reporting functionality within the team

In this role, I contributed to a team of 10 corporate growth strategy analysts to complete ad-hoc tasks for key stakeholders within the organization. I was able to leverage technical and critical thinking skills in a variety of projects such as heatmap visualizations, geospatial and operational analysis of clinic and patient data, strategic case studies, and industry research. I was also able to apply my statistical analysis background to provide insights for various clinical markets in the northeast US.Myself and the other intern produced two 60 minute presentations focusing on implications of medical billing codes (ICD-10) on Fresenius’s business and preparing for potential industry disruption

In this seasonal role I rotated through a variety of positions including ticket sales, ride maintenance, and marketing zoo memberships reporting an average of 20 membership sales per day during the summerI also collaborated in a team-oriented environment with guest experience and zookeeping staff to manage exhibits while ensuring excellent customer service
