My current role is Operations Manager for Parthian Climbing Ltd. My responsibilities include maintaining high standards of Health and Safety and overseeing Staff Development across all of our centres. This is a people focused role, working with individuals at all levels from site management to individual teams. Whilst also ensuring high levels of procedural compliance, and identifying training requirements my role is pivotal in implementing an on-going development pathway for all Parthian Climbing employees. As an experienced outdoor climber, and qualified Rock Climbing Development Instructor/Coach, I lead by example from the front. In a fast moving and growing industry I believe in the importance of staying up to date with industry best practice and remaining current in all aspects of the business.My other thing is photography... you’ll often find me with a camera in my hands! Its great to combine my passion for climbing and business development with my love of image creation. Having a creative mind is a fundamental asset whilst staying ahead in the current dynamic climate!
