Mr. McBride has extensive experience in general health care law matters, including clinically integrated healthcare provider organizations, mergers and acquisitions, professional staff and health care antitrust matters. He has significant experience in the litigation and alternate dispute resolution of complex healthcare reimbursement and payment arrangements.Mr. McBride concentrates his practice in corporate healthcare law, antitrust, managed care, healthcare litigation and alternate dispute resolution.
