Employed as Fraud Analyst and role expanded to include software developer. Role duties included: • Analyse payments made across the finance sector to identify possible fraud or money-laundering.• Contact with international banks and holdings companies to strive for favorable outcomes.• Extreme accuracy and time pressures.• Development of fraud-monitoring system used throughout Bank Of Ireland.• Development of various security and RISK programs.• Maintenance and upgrades of existing programs.

Internship with Diebold Nixdorf as a QA Test Engineer. Working on ATM upgrade project for national banks. Industry knowledge and technical skills were gained throughout this internship performing duties which included:• Design of full-coverage test plan based off of various requirement documentation.• Execution of software testing in a recorded, structured and exploratory form.• Agile testing and Scrum meetings.• Working to deadlines and sprint cycles.• Test tracking using technologies such as JIRA, Confluence, HP ALM and more.• On-site manual testing liaising with clients and project managers.
