I represent clients in each and every phase of the real estate transaction including structuring, preparing and negotiating agreements of sale, obtaining zoning, land use, subdivision and land development approvals, and land use litigation. I also routinely assist clients with the formation of the appropriate business entity for the transaction.In addition to my real estate practice, I also represent local government units (i.e., townships, boroughs and authorities), frequently attending public meetings and hearings, preparing and negotiating complex contracts, leases and land development agreements, and handling all aspects of municipal code enforcement.My job is to listen to my client and understand the ultimate goal.
