The REO Analyst works in the Loss Mitigation Group (Special Assets) to minimize the bank portfolio of owned commercial, small business, and residential properties among other various bank owned assets (REOs) typically obtained in foreclosure valued between $2-5M AUM. This position works to sell all bank owned assets as streamlined and profitably as possible by closely coordinating the process after asset acquisition through sale. Additionally, The analyst performs the business division’s write-downs, charge-offs, asset valuation, market trend analysis, distressed asset sales, delinquency reporting, and various internal reports.The Analyst at Northwest must be advanced in knowledge and application of banking software such as Signature, Nautilus, CARE, UniSource3000 Collection Software (VQ), Collateral360, Lender X, Microsoft Suite, Adobe, DocuSign, and Dotloop.
