He has worked on notable Listed Buildings including: Historic Royal Palaces, Cabinet Office, The Royal Courts of Justice, Somerset House, The Foreign and Commonwealth Office, Palace of Westminster and the Ministry of Defence. After studying architecture at Oxford Brookes University Andrew worked among a range of Architects in the field of conservation. He also worked on major capital projects within a Local Authority environment involving Urban Design and public realm improvements. He enjoys working in practice based in Oxfordshire and for private clients. In addition to being registered with the Architects Registration Board and a member of the Royal Institute of British Architects he qualified as an IPMA - D Certified Project Management Associate. Andrew Waite is a member of the SPAB (Society for the Protection of Ancient Buildings) and accredited by the RIBA as a Conservation Architect (CA).Andrew was Chairman of his local Parish Council where he played an active role in Planning and environmental matters. He is a member of the Banbury Symphony Orchestra.
