Without intent we can be active, but activity without intent doesn't guarantee progress.In traditional terms I have worked as Enterprise Architect, Strategist, Conceptual Designer, Organisational Change Manager, Programme Office Manager, Project Manager, Project Initiator, Business Analyst, Product Manager and a host of other change roles. Roles that have provided a substantial depth and diversity of experience across multiple industries, environments and locations.It is a diversity of experience that has seen me eat dirty smoky sandwiches on the back of fire trucks, stir fry from a wok in an igloo, champagne and finger food from board rooms and steak with a President in a Palace. It has allowed me to work with individuals, small groups, communities, large corporates, international NGOs in small local halls, schools, corporate offices, people’s homes and many places in between. I take that diversity of experience and tailor an approach suitable for the people I'm engaged with. It is an approach based on candour and honesty, and driven by my desire to help people, organisations and businesses align their values, vision and actions into simple, clear and achievable change.
