Joined Ellis & Buckle as a Liability Loss Adjuster, which developed into being the personal injury specialist for London South and South East.

The supervision/management of staff in the newly created Commerial Claims Department following a restructure. Ran a team of 5 - 10 liability claims handlers, reporting to the Commercial Claims Manager.
