This is my personal entrepreneurial endeavor call it a personal creative collection of my various:- musical compositions and performances- artistic expressions through photography and film- My educational and informational expressions through film

- Create, lead, manage, and direct Worship arts teams. (worship and tech) that will lead the congregation in weekly weekend worship services and special events.- Brainstorm, plan and execute worship services in coordination with the Senior Pastor to meet established objectives.- Oversee production, sound, video, light and other worship-related technologies.- Oversee and manage the annual worship ministry budget.- Oversee worship all worship ministries offered on-campus including special events, student ministries, partnering with church ministries and their worship needs.- Lead weekly worship team rehearsal, Monday 6p-8:30p for our various worship spaces.- Weekly duties include: plan service orders, select music with Senior Pastor’s approval, write charts for worship team, schedule musicians, run rehearsals, including notes for the teams for song, vocal and band sequences. Prep multitracks as needed and lead devotionals.- Oversee the Mix Priority sheet creation and distribution to the Tech Director and technical teams.- Lead Sunday Worship (40-45 weeks out of the year). This includes speaking between songs. Prayer Saturdays 1-2 times a month. Leading worship for Youth once a month.- Develop, mentor, support and care pastorally for the worship and tech ministry volunteers.- Produce quarterly stage designs setups and changes with creative team.- Update Senior Pastor and Executive Pastor on weekly stati. Including but not limited to personal status and conflicts, team status and conflicts, Sunday morning service status or difficulties.- Maintain a healthy relationship with Pastoral Staff. Including all pastors on staff, with priorities to the Executive Pastor and Senior Pastor.

Andrew has been teaching private lessons since 2010 and is currently available to teach lessons at his studio or online, traveling to your location is acceptable upon attendance in person to his studio so he can get to know you a little more. Your lessons will be tailored to your needs not my own, I will adhere to your goals and help you refine them for long-term success Andrew has helped students with beginning piano, advanced vocal techniques, refine their performances, and revealed the understanding, reason and motivation behind performances. Also he has educated students on introductory video productions methods, how develop a brand and introductory marketing. Lastly, Andrew has helped students create basic-moderate web design through word press, and how to keep it updated and current on your own. Andrew will give you the essentials you need to start creating/performing in any of these environments and pursuits. Andrew received his musical training at Azusa Pacific University in 2014 where he received a Masters of Music in Composition with an emphasis in Film & Television writing. As an expert in his field, Andrew looks forward to helping new students achieve their goals. Andrew's teaching style is relaxed, understanding, and full of patience. Again, for students who would like me to travel to them, I am asking that you please sign up and attend one lesson in my private studio before traveling arrangements can be made.
