Recent experience includes:Diafiltration Skid area lead on a pharmaceutical project for the production of a vaccine using DeltaV version 14.3.1. Responsibilities included Technical leadership, supervision of two engineers, assignment of project tasks, and communications with project management. Engineering tasks included the development of recipe operations, unit procedures, and procedures as well as configuration of equipment and control modules. Commissioning activities include the commissioning of equipment, pre-AOQ testing, and validation of skid. Documentation efforts included the development of RS, SFAT, and AOQ documents. Also developed the RS for a dispensing cart EM used to package cell paste generated by the fermentation process. This effort included the modification of a phase and development of an EM used to control the dispensing cart.Team member on a pharmaceutical project using DeltaV version 13.x. Responsibilities included the remediation of software problems associated with change controls on an antibiotic faculty. Team member on a pharmaceutical project using DeltaV version 12.3.1. Responsibilities included the initial shakedown testing of all phases associated with the CIP of process equipment, integrated testing of all CIP phases and equipment modules, design and implementation of CIP related recipes, SFAT execution, and remediation of CIP related issues.Team member on a pharmaceutical project that converted an ABB MOD 300 Batch Control System to a DeltaV version 12.3.1 Batch Control System. Responsibilities included the conversion of existing ABB control logic to equipment modules and phases, the creation of recipes, integrated testing, and the test documentation. Assigned areas included the phases and equipment modules involved in the transfer of product between processing tanks and the control functionality associated with filter presses.
