Current‣ Currently leading a team of 40+ technical resources to deliver a Product MDM, Data Readiness, andIntegration solution for a multi-national $11B retailer with over 7M SKUs (SOW worth $4.5M)‣ Led a team of 7 technical resources and managed a project team of 20+ total resources, to successfully deliver a Customer Master Data Management (MDM) solution for a market leading $43B food & services organization (SOW worth $2.5M)‣ Facilitated additional SOWs for Managed Services and additional development work‣ Successfully transitioned the Client from Jira to Azure DevOps and unified their Agile processes and ceremonies across their entire MDM program (Customer, Item, & Vendor domains), resulting in a 25% increase in throughput and a 40% reduction in production bugs on a Program Increment basis‣ Analyzed, developed and implemented structural changes within the Pivotree PMO to optimize project health reporting, documentation, escalations, and closeout processes‣ Partnered with sales and Pivotree leadership to prepare RFP responses, and generate proposals/SOWs, securing a large $11B multi-national retailer
