My Success Story with Development Teams and Projects.I have been working in the IT industry for close to two decades and during this time I have delivered in various domains and with different project methodologies. Learning along the way, I have successfully led and participated in many development teams and projects, ranging from Business Process Engineering, Business Analysis, through the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) V3 - Incident and Problem Management, to my various leadership positions in Software Engineering over the last ten years, including multiple team leadership. Products include orchestrators, external integrators, frontend, backend and DBs (on prem and cloud)Full circle SDLC, from customer requirements all the way through to live monitoring, Compliance and Regulation audits, and benefit realization. The DevOps approach has seen us reduce deployment times and improve quality, while allowing for growth amongst the teams. The tech stack supporting the products is Azure, C#, SQL, Docker, SharePoint, various development tools (e.g. LinearB) and Confluence. With a keen interest in individual growth and career development, I keep a close eye on Mental Health combined with a healthy work-life balance for each individual on the team and that I work with.Stakeholder management, product ownership, finance, strategy, team cohesion and mentoring for individual career growth are part of the package.A background in Industrial Engineering, with an MBA, and a passion for people is just the recipe to lead and to lead well!Ask me about a good day… I have learnt something new, delivered on product, improved a process, with a happy, motivated and effective team.Note: I am a British Citizen and available for an international position.“All views expressed here are my own and don’t necessarily reflect those of my employer”.
