As part of the stockroom team I worked hard to support the business in hitting its weekly KPI's. This involved effective stock management & stock rotation in collaboration with the shop floor and management team. Also supported the shop floor in helping deliver exceptional customer service to our customers.

Worked on the shop floor in a customer facing role in a fast-paced international retail outlet. Provided accessible and effective customer service to our customers to ensure an enjoyable and productive shopping experience. Utilized up-selling and cross-selling throughout the store to help the business hit our target KPI's.
