CurrentAndrew is the designated managing broker and president of Crown Heights Realty (CHR), a boutique Residential and Commercial Real Estate brokerage firm. CHR's focus is on helping our trusted clients buy and sell real estate. CHR has the experience working with the most exclusive and interesting properties throughout the various neighborhoods of Chicago. CHR's Commercial work includes tenant and landlord representation and owner/seller representation as well as management services. Andrew has been involved in the Development/Redevelopment & Conversion/De-conversion of several significant and notable downtown and north-side residential high-rise towers over the last two decades. Andrew Finished DePaul business school in 2000 and began working full time at Morgan Stanley. In Dec. 2003 Andrew married his wife Elise and also made the career change from banking to real estate. Andrew joined the most active and largest developers as a full time sales person working at a brand new 460 unit condo conversion located at 30 East Huron in Downtown Chicago. Andrew's sales ability, a lot of luck and a robust condo investor market contributed to Andrew's immediate success. Andrew laughs when he's reminded that he sold a condo on his very first day as a licensed real estate broker. From 2003-2008, Andrew excelled at sales and acquisitions while working for Crescent Heights. He worked on developments throughout the US, and in Japan. When the real estate market in America began to turn and international travel didn't work for a young family, Crown Heights Realty was born.
