Head hunted to as direct touch BDM within the general sales team, as a Sales Specialist to drive and deliver more “Service lead Sales” across European Electronqiue’s 4 service functions through collaborative working across the internal and external sales teams. Initially required to review European’s “Service capabilities” in terms of operational & commercial fit against market requirements and report back with recommendations, which was completed in month one.Based upon those finds I was required to build both a short term tactical and long term strategic plan to enable European to compete and grow its service business.In the short term this would be done through the development of a number of creative initiatives, including collateral cultivation, new client telemarketing and additional service capabilities.Building favourable long-term client relationships through strong customer focussed solutions and ongoing business development activities
