Andrew Goode is a mining engineer with 38 years’ experience in the development, operations and management of open-cut and underground metalliferous mining, uranium, coal and potash projects, the dimension stone industry, and underground civil tunneling. During the past 30 years Andrew has focused on project development and the optimization of mines mainly in developing countries. He has worked extensively with permitting, development agreements, and stakeholder engagement at all levels including relocation of villages, artisanal miners and government regulations. Andrew has worked in Australia, Botswana, Canada, Ethiopia, Ghana, Guyana, Kazakhstan, Madagascar, Papua-New Guinea, Peru, United Kingdom, United States, Zambia, and Antarctica. Before mining Andrew worked in farming, forestry and meteorology.
