I spent the beginning of my working life in customer service during high school and college. I navigated the unpredictable moods of customers, assessing their needs, and catering to each individual need as if it were my top priority. During my collegiate studies I had the opportunity to work with multiple student teams on web-based projects, strengthening my abilities to work dynamically in a group environment and adapt to new technologies as needed. After college I took a role as a QA engineer for a real estate marketing firm which honed my analytical and debugging skills. This also gave me experience with high level customer support techniques and developing effective communication between consumers and engineers, When this firm closed I followed my childhood passion to become a Park Ranger and spent the next few years working for the National Park Service at several national parks across the country. I filled positions in customer service, interpretation, trail crew, building maintenance, and search and rescue. I took a break from the National Park Service in the beginning of 2020 due to the COVID pandemic. I have now moved to Corvallis, Oregon with hopes of finding a new career. I am currently working at Inked Gaming as a production assistant to contribute to my household but I am eagerly searching for a career that better suits my skill set and professional desires.
