Andrew Graf is SVP Corporate Development and Strategic Partnerships at Academic Programs International. Mr. Graf’s experience includes two decades of legal and financial expertise for both public and private companies. Mr. Graf joined GoodRx as VP, Finance & Operations in April 2021, upon the closing of the merger of HealthiNation and GoodRx. Prior to joining GoodRx, Mr. Graf served as COO/CFO of HealthiNation, where he was responsible for finance, accounting, legal and investment functions. Prior to HealthiNation, Mr. Graf served as Senior Vice President Globalization for The Weather Company International. Mr. Graf was responsible for strategy, product management, legal and operations for the international business unit of The Weather Company. Prior to The Weather Company, Mr. Graf served as COO/CFO of PulsePoint, a New York based Digital Marketing Technology Company. At PulsePoint, Mr. Graf was responsible for governing corporate finance, legal and investment functions, including an active M&A program, resulting in the merger of Mr. Graf's prior company, Datran Media with ContextWeb, to form PulsePoint. Prior to PulsePoint, Mr. Graf served as executive vice president of corporate development and secretary and general counsel for Enliven Marketing Technologies, a NASDAQ publicly traded company.
