I spent 12 weeks in London on the Carluccio’s Management Training Programme, before I took up my position in the Dawson St restaurant at Christmas 2008. As assistant manager I am part of a management team. We are responsible for the operational procedures of the restaurant. We deliver exceptional levels of service through a hands-on style of management in a highly guest-focused environment. Building relationships with guests and team alike, I ensure a friendly restaurant feel, morning, noon and night. I have a desire to succeed and am not afraid to roll up my sleeves, and thrive in a busy environment.I have experience in opening / closing of premises, cashing up, and leading the team through a busy shift with ease, and I also am able to perform budget control, purchasing, staff training, rostering and staff management.
