The IBCP is the International Baccalaureate Careers Program, allowing students to specialise in a field of study. At ACS the IBCP involves working with the film industry in performing arts, visual effects and game design for a creative industries studio-like post-16 option of arts, while still including select subjects from the IB diploma and a core of service learning and a reflective project.

The Creative Arts department involves technology and performing arts. Courses developed include 3D design, VFX and Game Design as well as a full range of traditional Film, Theatre/Drama and Music programmes, incorporating Computer Science and STEAM subjects.

Leadership of Service Learning and Experiential Learning. Launched the Global Citizen Diploma, which gives students a meaningful way of looking at the soft skills and gaining certificates (e.g. intercultural communication) for the modern workplace. As part of the service learning programme, organised charity endevours in the local community and abroad, such as a service trip to Kenya in 2019.

Film Studies Business Studies and ICT teacher of International Baccalaureate and iGCSE.Learning Coach supporting world-class teaching and learning at BISS. Co-directed the Shanghai Student Film Festival in partnership with 9 other international schools. Worked with local film industry to place students with industry mentors and produce films for the Cities of Love (Paris J'Taime and others) series.

Co-Founded and directed teacher training programme linking teachers from the global north to the global south in order to collaborate and inspire great teaching. LRTT/Inspiring Teachers uses a unique programme as a training platform to allow teachers in areas of limited resources to do more with less. My role involved business development and modelling, establishing partnerships with organisations in multiple global regions and overseeing monitoring and evaluation of the efficacy of the teacher training programme.

'Outstanding' teacher of business studies, ICT and technology with additional responsibility as lead coach and mentor.Head of department for Business Studies during period of intense change and improvement as the school moved from 'requires improvement' to 'Outstanding' under the new Ofsted framework.Trained as an ICT specialist teacher with Teach First whose mission is to 'address educational disadvantage'. Worked in a challenging school characterised by a critically large achievement gap compared to national average.
