The Insurance & Financial Services Ombudsman Scheme is an independent, impartial and free complaints resolution service for the New Zealand public. It's also a great place to work with talented and dedicated people.My role is to facilitate a strong relationship of support between the IFSO Scheme and it's many Participants. My business and Learning and Development experience with professional bodies has given me an appreciation of the depth of commitment advisers have to high standards of professional service and conduct. I look forward to working alongside organisations large and small to create great outcomes for both advisers and their clients.
