Over 20 years of retail leadership with sales, exceptional team management, marketing strategies, market expansion, financial supervision and world class customer service. In my 17 years with OfficeMax I moved through the ranks, starting as a part-time store associate and excelled as an OfficeMax Store Manager overseeing up to $10M a year stores and winning excellence awards for performance in the United States and Virgin Islands. Proven successful in creating strategies to increase revenue, implement loss prevention measures, deliver leadership training, supervise operations. Maintaining focus and logical, analytical and decisive making in high pressure situations. After the 2017 hurricanes I made a career change to tourism and hospitality as the island’s economy is based off this industry; I became the General Manager of St. Thomas Adventures. I excelled in this position, implementing new tours that increased booking 200%, increased TripAdvisor rating from #14 to #2 tours on St. Thomas.During the slow season I took a commission based Advertising Sales Executive position at Pan Caribbean Broadcasting, where I was able to use my local networking skills to make sales and create advertising campaigns. Recently with the coronavirus impacting the local economy and a need to be closer to family, I have ethustically made the transition to South Florida where I am serving as a Brand Manager with Stanton Optical / My Eyelab.
