To make this concept a reality, it included meeting with industry experts & suppliers to source solutions, defining operating procedures and creating a reliable stream of internal DHL assets to carry the advertisements. Upon signing a contract with DHL Express for 150 assets to carry their promotional advertising, my main role was to successfully project manage the implementation of the 150 assets across the UK. This included coordinating project schedules and resources, tracking progress, controlling issues and driving resolutions and controlling the budget and escalating spending issues. After the initial fitting, part of my role is to manage and distribute weekly reports both externally to DHL Express and internal DHL Contracts. I also host quarterly update meetings to track progress against SLA’s and resolve any issues.

My main responsibilities included gaining the initial rental kit requirements from over 75 sites, sourcing this kit from different suppliers and managing the input of the kit to sites across the UK.
