Working directly with each of the two partners, I have been able to lead project design teams of consultants and builders for dozens of the finest custom residences in Laguna Beach, Emerald Bay, Irvine Cove, Corona Del Mar, and Newport Beach. From full ground-up construction to remodels, initial schematic design through final construction, as well as, across all levels of project approval, including initial client review through building permit issuance and revisions, HOAs to the Coastal Commission. Working in a full-service design firm, I have had daily experience working directly with clients and vendors selecting the finest finishes, both interior and exterior. Providing custom design detailing to meet our company and client’s personal quest for excellence.
