Developed more than 60 multi-tiered data flow maps that captured the personal data (PII) lifecycle internally and externally in a risk-based approach. • Led PII brainstorming sessions and interviewed stakeholder teams across the organization. • Supported the Global Privacy Office’s privacy risk assessments and process map gap analysis.• Implemented Informatica’s Axon governance tool, developed standards for displaying GDPR processes, systems, datasets, and system maps, and provided user training in the UK. Data Help Portal• Managed an internal data help portal that enabled all employees to report data issues/requests, to view live ticket status, to interact with the data help desk, and data owners to see their live data quality metrics. Business As Usual (BAU)• Responsible for stakeholder engagement and outreach at the EMEA HQ. • Led the Data Governance team’s Business As Usual (BAU) activities. • Created and maintained system data dictionaries and the firm’s complex enterprise data glossary, across a matrix of domains, that supported building the Data Transport Layer (DTL). Rolled-out firm-wide data process methodology toolkits that supported both data owners and data consumers.
