My business philosophy is to take care of your people, who will take care of your clients, who will take care of your profit. I am a vision focused individual who prioritizes teamwork, leadership, and culture in the workplace. The last half decade has consisted of working in multiple small businesses in the financial and marketing industries. I've been able to learn how to manage operations and large projects, optimize CRMs, and review and plan financial reports. Competence in quantitative and qualitative facets of business is key to growth, and my experience has exposed me to these in multiple ways. Building financial models for small business and managing different softwares has enabled me to think quantitatively. Creating digital designs, marketing plans, and finding inefficiencies in sales funnels has reflected my ability to think qualitatively.
