As a third-year student at San Diego State majoring in business administration with an emphasis on marketing, I enjoy learning new ways to do things and how to improve the skills I already have. I crave noticeable and measurable improvement both in myself and the teams that I have worked with.As a volleyball coach, I taught the phrase "1 % better", meaning every day when you show up to perform, you're aiming for small, tangible improvements. To do so, you must break apart whatever task you're performing into small enough parts to be focused on both your short and long-term goals. As a marketing specialist, I am seeking to participate in activities where different ideas are accepted, where both personal and professional growth is cultivated, and where I am encouraged to learn new skills and grow in my role.
