Hello! I'm Andrew Hoffbauer, currently in my third year at the University of Cincinnati, where I'm pursuing dual bachelor's degrees in IT Networking and Cybersecurity. My journey in the tech world has been quite exciting. Along the way, I've secured three professional certificates, showcasing my skills in IT support, network engineering, and virtual apprenticeships. The world of IT resonates with me because it blends my passion with the ability to assist others in making the most of their technology.In my recent role as a Tier 1 Support Specialist / Network Engineer intern at Watch Communications, I've had some hands-on experience setting up and managing routers, switches, servers, and ensuring data security through firewall rules. Beyond the tech, I've had the pleasure of providing customer service and support, ensuring that the products and services I deliver meet the high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.But I'm not just a tech enthusiast; I've also ventured into different work environments, from the industrial sector to food services and manual labor.
