With a decade of leading local governments in the areas of zoning, planning, code enforcement, grant writing, stormwater management, floodplain administration, recycling programing, coupled with 15 years in public safety and emergency management. In the arenas of HR and IO psychology I have experience in workers compensation, training and development, workplace accommodations, occupational health and safety, investigations, benefits, payroll administration, compensation analysis, job task analysis, recruitment and retention, and performance management.My leadership approach is authentic and transformational, grounded in organizational psychology. I strive to build psychological safety and trust in my teams and take a deliberate approach to growing and developing people.
