Responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting over 1800 IDirect Netmodem’s (VSAT) nationally and internationally. Pre-configure option files for Netmodems and assign IP address ranges per customer specs. Assist field Techs with installation of VSATs, Linksys switches and perform remote troubleshooting in order to resolve network outages. Configure Linksys switches for VOIP, Data and troubleshoot in order to commission site. Also responsible for 2nd level support, troubleshooting Motorola (Vanguard), Timeplex, Bay Networks and Cisco Routers.
