I primarily work on audit, accountancy and taxation assignments for owner managed, small and medium sized enterprises (SME’s). Drawing on over 20 years of experience working with SME’s across a broad range of sectors, I understand the pressure on owners and work with them to help them achieve long term sustainable growth whilst implementing appropriate tax planning opportunities. My particular interest is in helping companies to internationalise.In addition to audit, accountancy, personal and corporate taxation work, I lead due diligence investigations, prepare business plans and forecasts, act on disposals, undertake business valuations, assist in fund raising, grant applications and grant reporting.
