With SummitDay Media I work to preserve multiple formats of motion media including but not limited to film, video, sound, and digital image, video, and metadata. I have assisted in creating preservation plans for institutions such as Anchorage Museum at Ramusen Center, Alaska Center for Documentary Film, and Usibelli Coal Mine. In addition I've worked with the collections of NANA Corporation, Chugachmiut, and Nick Begich Intern Scholarship Fund.

Highlight: Attained experience in inventory, inspection, and processing of new collections.Assisted with collection management, inventory, inspection and processing for three new collections to the Library of Congress. Conducted research into provenance and history of collections for proper cataloging. Searched MAVIS cataloging system for objects to be added to collection. Created new records for objects to be added into the cataloging systems. Aided in the Library of Congress film loan and access program. Inspected films going out and returning from loan. Performed vault work for the Kodascope collection, organizing ~5000 single-reel 16mm 800-ft cans.
