At Hebrew SeniorLife, community engagement and program development are at the heart of my role, where I've spent over three and a half years contributing to the wellbeing of seniors. By recruiting and coordinating a dedicated team of 41 volunteers, I've been pivotal in crafting and executing enriching programs that improve our residents' daily lives.My expertise lies in leveraging the Samaritan database for volunteer management, while my efforts in fostering multigenerational partnerships have significantly benefited our community. Presenting at events and engaging with families, I demonstrate the tangible impact of our collective work. Each program and event that I implement is a step towards enhancing the quality of life for the elderly, with my mission firmly rooted in empowering and energizing all involved stakeholders.
