In doing so we delivered a suite of custom developed Residential Real Estate software solutions for a 11000 apartment complex in NYC (both resident facing and landlord’s internal business applications)• Business intelligence – learned what it means to spearhead an implementation of a world class business solution. This took the form of a financial reporting and budgeting solution for a New York based Real Estate firm just after the 2008 recession hit to control and monitor spending and ensure sustainability across all business areas (internal departments across all lines of business) in under 12 months.
